Persistenza (Persistence)

Persistenza (Persistence).  This tie had a very interesting history when it came to our design of it. What we were looking for was a tie that represented success, as symbolized by the (Hollywood-like) spotlights on the right, but also the work it takes to get there. As a result, we cam up with the idea of symbolizing the work and effort with a rectangular 'tool' if you will, that started out small, but grew over time, as it got closer to the bottom of the tie), as it takes proportionately more and more work to make it to the final result. At the bottom of the tie we created 3 lines that balance the tie's finality the rest of it. The colored bar used in the bottom of the tie is the same colorful one that separates the left from the right halves, symbolizing the sunshine and energy of life that exists, even on days that we have to work very hard...just look outside your window!
